CLIMBING AT VELO DE LAS NINFAS (VEIL OF THE NYMPHS)
- 10:00 am to 10:30 am Pickup from your accommodation
- Safety equipment checklist
- Head to the Velo de las Ninfas (Veil of the Nymphs) waterfall
- The whole circuit has 13 waterfalls
- We'll climb 4 of the falls; the rest can be reached on foot
- The tallest is 20 m high,
- the smallest 6 m
- Another activity is the natural hydromassage pools,
- where you relax right under the falling water.
- Two safety lines are used on every climb,
- We'll also find natural pools where we can relax
- We finish by visiting the Ninfas Waterfall
- Then get ready to head back along an alternate route
- Lunch on the way back to Tingo María at the Cueva de las Pavas.
- 4:00 pm, return (approx.)
